The Evan J. Baron Foundation was established with a profound purpose: to commemorate the enduring love for music that defined Evan's life. Evan, who tragically lost his life on 9/11 in the World Trade Center, left behind a legacy illuminated by his passion for music. The foundation, recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization, ensures that any contribution made to them is tax deductible.
Supporting Musical Aspirations
In honor of Evan's memory, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of music enthusiasts through our scholarship program. Our foundation proudly awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors who, like Evan, possess an exceptional ardor for music and seek to pursue their musical aspirations in college.
Scholarships
Scholarships were exclusive only to Holmdel High School, our alma mater, but now are open to include high school students in Ocean County, and Somerset County, New Jersey as we hope to inspire others to never give up on their love of music. The essence of our mission lies in preserving Evan's spirit and dedication to music, ensuring that his memory continues to resonate through the lives of young musicians.
